The GDAC Worship Arts Ministry is one of the more visible ministries in the church with the primary goal being to create an environment in which the congregation comes into the presence of God, worships, and gives glory to Him.
The Worship Team plays an important role in the services of our church. They use their musical gifts from God to facilitate corporate, musical worship. Team members work together under the leadership of the Worship Leader who is led and supported by the Senior Pastor.
The Sound Tech individuals use their skills to mix the audio for both our sanctuary and live-stream congregation/audience for our weekly services.
Working alongside the Sound Tech Team, the Media team consists of individuals who display the song lyrics, Powerpoint for sermons and any videos that may be included in the services.
Our worship arts ministry encourages an environment for learning, growth, and discipleship. The weekly teams are comprised of various ages and skill sets. Our selection of songs is always theologically sound and ranges from classic hymns to new releases. Vocalists and musicians who wish to participate should be skilled in their area of service with the desire to continually learn and strive for excellence.
